Deploy 99 offers a 14-day refund policy for our managed n8n hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Service Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No prorated refunds will be issued after the 14-day window.
- Your n8n instance and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Service Issues
If you experience technical issues with your n8n instance, please contact our support team at hello@deploy99.com. We will work to resolve any service-related problems. If the issue occurs within the 14-day refund window and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.
